by nature. We know it is possible that BLOOMEN will not be perfect 100% of the
time, but we always want our customers to have a perfect experience. We stand
behind our customers and want to make sure you’re happy with BLOOMEN and
our flowers! This means we will provide an equivalent store credit or
replacement when appropriate.

accommodate. But listen, if it’s like a life threateningly serious allergy, let
us know directly. If we think it’s not possible to keep your blooms 100%
allergy free, we reserve the right to decline your order.
